1.This corn Threshing Line including three units corn thresher machines and one up&down conveyor,when we put the corn inside the threshing machine,the corn can be threshed automatically.There is a double-layers conveyor beside the corn thresher machine, so the whole corn can delivery by the obove conveyor, the Corn kernels and Cob can be transiported separately by the under conveyor.It is more convenient and high efficiency.
2.This procesing line is suitable for corn and maize with different size by changing.high shelling rate,shelling depth is adjustable.The shelling rate can be 100% for sweet corn.

Feature:

1.The fresh corn seeds remover is for the threshing of the corn cob,need to remove the out skin and hair,then put into the machine.
2.The tool rotation speed is controlled by the inverter and the feeding speed is fixed.
3.There is a feed wheel reversal return device,if the corn stalks break or stuck,press the reverse button to make it smooth exit.
4.Feed conveyor belt is driven by a single motor,and corn thresher body with card-type connection.This Sweet Corn Sheller can thresh the fresh or cooked corn,you need not to dry the corn when you thresh the corn with this machine.
