1.Gunning Material:

2.Refractory castable:
Refractory castable is mixed by high quality raw materials such as bauxite, flint clay, silica powder,
α-alumina powder as micro powder, refractory cement as binder.
Also some additive to make better performance. Formulas are changed according to different applications.

3.Low Cement Castable
In order to achieve better high temperature performance, we must reduce the calcium content of the castable.
First, it is necessary to use pure calcium aluminate cement also add alumina micropowder and
silicon micropowder and use super water reducer to improve the performance of the product.

Our low cement castable has uniform structure with low porosity,good high tempreature strength.
The content of CAO of low cement castable is less than 3%,so it insure the castable have a

4.Insulation Castable
According different working temperature the bond material of insulation castable can be perlite, vermiculite,
light weight clay.light weight mullite, bubble alumina. We can supply insulation castable from 800ºC-1700ºC density from 0.8-1.5g/cm3.
