Automatic soft bag carton filling packing line
 

Introduction :
This machine is design for packing small soft pouch like pillow bag ,gusseted bag,doy bag  full fill with product filling into carton box and sealing the carton box .Widely use for packing and filling of rice,sugar,salt,tea,frozen food,nuts and so on 

Production process: 

For secondary packaging (auto packing the small pouch into carton box ):
Horizontal conveyor belt for collecting the finished pouchs from VFFS packaging machine → Double-layer (Single layer ) climbing conveyor which make the sachets flat before counting → Acceleration belt conveyor will make the adjacent sachets leaving enough distance for counting → counting and arranging machine will arrange the small sachets as requirement arrangement →  Automatic carton board taking and forming to be carton box  → The small sachets will load into  forming carton box  →  Top sealing of carton box → The belt conveyor will take the full caton box out .

Installation/ Training: The installation can be provided by the IAPACK company. It must be after shipment has arrived and factory must ready equipped with all necessary requirement before booking installation with IAPACK company . Our engineers will come to the site for the complete and final installation. During the installation session, a 2-3 day training course will be provided to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The salary at US$100/person/day plus all local transportation, air tickets(round trip), and minimum of 3 star hotel room & board is provided. Day charges include travel days.
